A Little Luxury provides one of the fastest and most reliable gift delivery services in Australia.

If you choose the Express Courier service and your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe (or delivery is attempted if no one is home) we will refund the full cost of the delivery.

We also offer delivery via Standard Courier and Australia Post as value for money yet highly reliable alternatives.

Delivery Cost & Time Estimate

Orders received by 1pm can be delivered same day in Sydney and next day to most other parts of Australia. Please enter the delivery post code and click 'Calculate' to see the full range of delivery options and prices for the items in your trolley.

About Our Delivery Methods

Australia Post
	Australia Post provides a reliable Australia wide delivery service. It is our best value for money delivery option. Please note that the delivery time estimates for Australia Post are only approximate and it is therefore not recommended where it is important that you order arrives on time. If no one is home and you have not granted permission to leave the package unattended a card will be left and your package held at the nearest post office for collection.

Express Courier
	Our premium guaranteed on time service. If you place your order by 1pm on a working day and delivery is not attempted within the estimated timeframe we will refund the full delivery fee. Next day delivery is available to most parts of Australia. If no one is home and you have not granted permission to leave the package unattended a card will be left. Your recipient can then contact the courier to have the package redelivered at no extra charge.

Express Courier - Same Day
	A same day courier is available for deliveries within Sydney. If you place your order by 1pm and delivery is not attempted that day, we will refund the full delivery fee.

Standard Courier
	The Standard Courier is usually the best option for bulk orders. The service is very similar to our Express Courier but the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed.

Acceptance of Goods

All delivery methods require that someone sign for the goods. Where no one is available to accept the goods a card will be left at the delivery address requesting that you either collect the goods from the post office or contact the courier company to arrange redelivery.

During checkout you can select to have the goods left unattended at the delivery address if no one is available to sign. Please note that if you choose this option A Little Luxury will not be liable if the goods go missing or are damaged.

Preferred Delivery Date

You will be able to select a preferred delivery date during checkout. If you have chosen the Express Courier service and your order is being delivered to a capital city we will dispatch your order so that it arrives on your chosen day. Otherwise we will hold your order and dispatch it so that it will most likely arrive slightly before your preferred date.

Please note that all deliveries are made during business hours and we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

During checkout you will also be able to choose to have a message left on the outer packaging saying "Gift inside - do not open until ...".

Product Availability

Most products are available for immediate delivery. Product availability is shown at the bottom of the product description and means the following:


	In Stock
		- The product is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

	Temporarily out of stock. Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.
		- You will need to add the specified number of days to the delivery time estimates shown by the delivery calculator.

	Out of Stock.
		- Out of stock products are not available for purchase. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an out of stock product and we will advise you when it will be next available.

We take great care to ensure that each product's availability is accurately displayed. In the unlikely event that a product's availability was displayed incorrectly we will contact you by 11am the following working day. We will advise you of the correct availability for the product and offer you a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase.

Other Special Delivery Requests

You will be able to enter special delivery instructions for the courier during checkout. Please note the following:

-	The courier or Australia Post will generally not call prior to delivery even if you request them to do so.
-	We only deliver during business hours and cannot provide delivery at a certain time of the day.
