We are touched by the compassion we're seeing from the many people sending gifts during these difficult times. We value our role in helping you connect, empathise and celebrate when you can’t be there in person and know that you are depending on us more than ever right now.
We are very fortunate to be able to keep operating largely as normal. Our hearts go out to those who are unable to do so. The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, suppliers and delivery drivers is our first priority. We are taking all the precautions recommended by the NSW and Australian Government Health Departments and our staff are continually informed of and acting on the latest advice. The latest information on how Australia Post and StarTrack are being affected and the steps they are taking to protect customers and delivery drivers is shown here.
Some of these precautions and other unexpected challenges are occasionally resulting in delivery delays and some items being out of stock. Any potential delays are updated immediately on our delivery information page and the in delivery calculators so that you know exactly what to expect. As always, our stock levels are continually updated and if something isn’t available it will automatically be removed from our site or clearly shown as being out of stock in the list of items in the gift hamper.
