This Chardonnay is a single vineyard selection of premium fruit sourced from the vineyards at Bremerton.
The wine was barrel fermented and matured in French Oak barriques for 11 months and during this time the lees (bâtonnage) are stirred to provide added complexity. On the nose this wine shows lifted lemon curd with hints of stone fruit spice.
The palate is expressive and complemented by restrained oak and creamy mouthfeel. The palate is tempered by fine acid structure and textural finish giving the wine great length and persistence.
