Fabulous! I find that often the best, most genuine review of any company is not when things all go perfectly, but when they don't. Delivery was incredibly quick (and I live in a remote area), but there was an error with one product in the order which was very disappointing at the time. One email and a phone call first thing the following morning and a range of solutions were offered immediately, together with the most lovely apology.
