Fantastic range of product and flexibility in making changes. Urgent Delivery charged at an extra cost, but got stuff in time. A few changes which I made on existing hamper didnt go through and I put in a feedback. I not only received prompt response and apology but received the correct items in another new hamper free of cost and within a given timeframe.
